Chef IICA & Whirlpool

IICA, New Delhi was appointed as Chef Consultants for Whirlpool, India Pvt. Ltd in 2015 after expressing their (Whirlpool) desire to enhance customer experience by offering private culinary workshops for their discerning customers.

The Chefs of IICA, New Delhi offer this service to all Whirlpool Customers in Delhi/NCR and also offer training services for its’ counterparts in cities across India in addition to recipe development on all Whirlpool built-in appliances.

Tupperware

In 2017, IICA, New Delhi was given the task to perform lab tests to confirm the effectiveness of select Tupperware products, upon completion the report submitted by IICA was used as an endorsement along with the institutes logo which confirmed the claims made by Tupperware.

Hero MotoCorp.

In 2017, Hero MotoCorp, Dharuhera plant appointed IICA, New Delhi to performcomprehensive audits on the food and beverage production systems in place at the Hero MotoCorp. Plant and submit plans to improve existing standards and execute training of the chefs.

Maggi

In 2017, IICA, New Delhi developed new and innovative recipes for Maggi which were further used to conduct master classes at over 10 different schools in Gurgaon and over 300 students were taught the variety of ways in which Maggi could be made.

Culinary Communications

For three consecutive years IICA, New Delhi was appointed as the culinary institute partners for The Gourmet High Street, a highly popular food festival which was curated by Culinary Communications. Under this assignment, the institute including its’ chef faculty and students were given the task to perform all integral back-up support for the operations of the Celebrity Chefs Master Classes as well as curate the institutes own property within the show “Budding Chefs’ Kitchen” which offered classes to the young aspiring chefs attending the food festival.

California Walnuts

In 2018, the California Walnuts Commission assigned IICA, New Delhi to create record setting attempt to make India’s largest walnut brownie ever created on the World Walnut Day. The Walnut Brownie was unveiled at The Oberoi Hotel New Delhi and was 32 feet long and weighed over 212kgs.

Alma

IICA, New Delhi signed a common parchment with ALMA, Italy in November 2018 to symbolize Friendship in education. Together to raise the next generation chef” and to show interest to work together with ALMA.

ITC

In 2018, IICA was chosen by the ITC Agri Business Division of ITC Limited to demonstrate the quality standards and versatile use of frozen prawns by ITC to audiences in Delhi/NCR by giving masterclasses lead by IICA senior Chef Faculty.
At the end of every masterclass, IICA issued certificates to all the participants.

International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi partners with Hamilton Beach to launch its revolutionary products in India. Hamilton Beach is the number 1 kitchen appliance brand of USA.

American Express

IICA was selected by American express Gurgaon to conduct a team building workshop for its senior executives.

Crompton & Greaves

IIICA was chosen by “Crompton & Greaves” and collaborated on designing recipes for Crompton & Greaves newly lunched kitchen appliances like OTG, air fryer etc

Royal Caribbean

IICA’s Executive Chef.Sumit Gupta, on the Spectrum of the Seas luxury cruise, of the Royal Caribbean International Cruises, assisting the culinary staff on board to hone and perfect their menu and meet the highest of standards of Indian Cuisine.

BSI

IICA signs a MOU with BSI Learning Institute Australia focusing towards creating skilling pathways and educational avenues for Indian culinary Students under the India-Australia collaboration. The MOU sets the stage for a skills recognition pathway and an approach that will see exchange of knowledge and leverage the unique strengths and expertise of both organizations to drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to the hospitality industry

Spanish Embassy

IICA partnered with the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in New Delhi to launch the ICEX Spanish Pantry program in India. The ICEX Spanish Pantry program is the first official course to offer total immersion in the most emblematic food products to be found in the Spanish pantry. It is aimed at professionals working in the food and drink sectors who want to discover the quality, variety, and authenticity of Spain’s food products, as well as their culinary uses.

IHG Academy

IICA signs a MOU with Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport - An IHG® Hotel, giving IICA, New Delhi the prestigious status of an IHG Academy®. The MoU aims to synergize the professional capabilities of IICA and IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) towards capacity building, education, research, and consulting in the domain of culinary arts. The MoU also provides opportunities to exchange knowledge and resources between IICA and the InterContinental Hotels Group for conducting research, training, and consulting.
