Students from IICA’s Culinary & Hospitality Management and Pastry & Hospitality Management (January 2026 Batch) experienced a guided industry visit to one of Delhi’s premier luxury hotels, gaining firsthand exposure to professional hospitality operations. The visit included a formal orientation and behind-the-scenes access to key departments such as production kitchens, bakery, and workflow systems. Under expert guidance, students observed the precision, discipline, and teamwork required in a five-star environment. The experience reinforced the importance of real-world exposure in shaping industry-ready culinary professionals.
