The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi, recently hosted a Kids Gourmet Dessert Masterclass at the Shoppers Stop outlet in Sector 66, Gurugram, engaging over 65 young participants in a fun, hands-on learning experience. Led by Chef Dharmendra Kumar and Chef Prashant Kumar, the session introduced children to gourmet dessert-making through interactive demonstrations of Foxnut and Chocolate Rocks and Fruit Trifle with Eggless Sponge. The workshop not only encouraged creativity and confidence among young learners but also provided valuable industry exposure to IICA students assisting the chefs. This marked the third successful collaboration with Shoppers Stop, highlighting the growing impact of experiential culinary workshops. IICA continues to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application.
