The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), Hauz Khas, hosted a Navratri Special Salad Masterclass at Shoppers Stop, Pitampura, offering an engaging, hands-on experience focused on festive and healthy cooking. Led by Executive Chef Sumit Gupta and Chef Pradeep Kumar, the session featured Mediterranean Chickpea Salad and Pesto Pasta Salad, promoting mindful eating during the festive season. Designed as an intimate workshop, participants received personalized guidance, certificates, and recipe kits. IICA students also assisted the chefs, gaining valuable real-world exposure. The initiative reflects IICA’s commitment to blending culinary education with live consumer engagement.
