The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi hosted Michelin-star Chef Italo Bassi for an exclusive Italian masterclass under the 10th Week of Italian Cuisine, supported by the Embassy of Italy. Chef Bassi conducted a hands-on session showcasing modern Italian techniques, artisanal pasta-making and signature dishes, with participation from Embassy officials. The visit also included a South Indian lunch and an Old Delhi food walk to explore India’s rich culinary heritage. The week concluded with a special dinner led by Chef Bassi, strengthening IICA’s long-standing collaboration with the Embassy of Italy and global culinary exposure for students.
