The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi celebrated its 20th Foundation Day and 40th Bi-Annual Convocation at Holiday Inn Aerocity, honouring the graduating 40th batch and two decades of culinary excellence. The event featured eminent guests including Dr. Pushpesh Pant, Chef Davinder Kumar, and Mr. Vikrant Batra, along with the launch of the 6th edition of IICAOnics. A key highlight was an industry-led panel discussion on employment and entrepreneurship, emphasising industry-academia collaboration and skill development. The ceremony also recognised outstanding students, alumni, and faculty, reaffirming IICA’s growing national and global standing in culinary education.
