The International Institute of Culinary Arts (IICA), New Delhi successfully concluded ‘Culinary Confluence’, an exclusive culinary workshop for diplomats at its Hauz Khas Village campus, as part of the Prelude Series to Diplomatic Nite 2025. The session welcomed diplomats from multiple countries who participated in a hands-on cooking experience led by Chef Sumit Gupta, preparing Mutton Dum Biryani, Mirchi Baigan ka Salan and Burani Raita. The workshop highlighted Indian regional culinary heritage and showcased food as a strong medium for cultural connection and diplomacy. The event concluded with tasting, discussions on culinary diplomacy, and certificates presented to the participating diplomats.
